Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Role

Pitch and win projects
Regular updates to architects / ID / LC about the latest products.

Candidate Profile:

To have a Sales and BD background in Building products
Aggressive and proactive individual
Good communication and presentation skills
Established relationships with Architects / ID / LC are a must
Ability to understand briefs clearly
Creative bent of mind and has to have a problem-solving approach
Ability to multitask and manage various internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of MS Office
Focused and ability to multitask
Willing to travel to different cities and meet Architects/ID /LC
Ability to make cold calls.
Knowledge of any design software is an added advantage.

5-10 years of sales experience in premium building materials Industry background in Lighting, Bespoke Furniture, tiles, laminates, flooring, facades, outdoor , furniture, garden decor, home dcor or furnishings
