Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Role

• Pitch and win projects
• Regular updates to architects / ID / LC about the latest products.

Candidate Profile:

• To have a Sales and BD background in Building products
• Aggressive and proactive individual
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Established relationships with Architects / ID / LC are a must
• Ability to understand briefs clearly
• Creative bent of mind and has to have a problem-solving approach
• Ability to multitask and manage various internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Focused and ability to multitask
• Willing to travel to different cities and meet Architects/ID /LC
• Ability to make cold calls.
• Knowledge of any design software is an added advantage.

5-10 years of sales experience in premium building materials Industry background in Lighting, Bespoke Furniture, tiles, laminates, flooring, facades, outdoor , furniture, garden decor, home dcor or furnishings
