Designation: Manager Sales & Business Development - Karnataka & Tamil Nadu region

Department: Sales

Location - Bangalore

Experience Band: 5-10 Years

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Education:

  • Graduate in B.Tech

  • MBA (Sales or Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Sectors/Industry: Aeronautics/Defence/Space

Key Skills/Competencies:

Technical Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of

    rectangular connectors, MIL-spec connectors, PCB connectors, and custom interconnect solutions

    .
  • Ability to interpret

    technical drawings, wiring schematics, and specifications

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    solution-based selling

    for Defence & Aerospace applications.
  • Deep understanding of

    industry standards

    (MIL-DTL, IPC/WHMA-A-620, DO-160, etc.).
  • Competitor product knowledge

Sales Competencies

  • Proven ability in

    B2B technical sales

    in Defence & Aerospace.
  • Strong

    negotiation and closing skills

    .
  • Experience in

    key account management & project pipeline management

    .
  • Ability to

    develop long-term customer relationships

    at engineering, procurement, and CXO levels.
  • Skilled in preparing

    technical-commercial proposals

    and handling tenders/RFQs.
  • Should have experience & strong relationships with DRDO Labs & BEL units.
