Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at TAG Projects, your role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling properties to prospective buyers, as well as guiding clients in making informed real estate investment decisions. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in negotiating contracts and terms for a win-win outcome. Additionally, you will maintain and follow up with a database of potential leads, work closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. - Fluency in English - Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the real estate market is preferred - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply - Experienced candidates need a minimum of 3+ years in sales (real estate experience preferred) - BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred TAG Projects is a dynamic company in the real estate industry, offering a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
