About the Role

Sales Associates

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred,

but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Outreach & Conversion

• Handle incoming inquiries from various platforms (JustDial, website, social media, walk-ins, referrals).
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain Study Ark’s services, test prep offerings (IELTS, GRE), and overseas education process.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

2. Sales & Counselling

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/countries/universities.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups on CRM.

3. SOP & Documentation Coordination

• Guide students in gathering the required documents.
• Coordinate with the internal SOP & application team.
• Ensure students submit documents on time for applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales/counselling preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM usage, email writing).
