Role Description

This is a full-time role at Bhubaneswar office for a Lead in Content Creation & Campaigns.

3-6 months internship - followed by potential PPO (full time employment)

The role involves creating, managing, and strategizing content, writing web content, and overseeing content campaigns. The Lead will also be responsible for communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content quality and consistency.

What You’ll Do

reels, memes, and shorts

Write & brainstorm content (educational + fun) that resonates with Gen Z

Work with influencers to amplify Study Ark’s voice

Track performance & optimize campaigns for growth

Who You Are

Strong writing & content ideation skills

Willing to work and learn

Social media savvy (Instagram + YouTube trends)

Creativity + ability to think in memes

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy
• Strong Writing and Content Management skills

• Excellent Communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant experience in content creation and campaign management
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
