Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with the procurement process, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also work on building relationships with clients and suppliers, tracking sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
• Sales and Inventory Management skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Technical knowledge of automotive spare parts and procurement processes
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
