Sales and Promotion: • Educate mechanics on our diverse range of auto spare parts, their suppliers, and competitive pricing. • Promote the advantages of purchasing from our company, emphasizing quality assurance and efficient delivery. Relationship Management: • Establish and nurture strong relationships with onboarded mechanics. • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand their evolving needs and concerns. Market Analysis: • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the auto spare parts market within Trivandrum city . • Analyze the competitive landscape and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies. • Provide valuable insights based on feedback from mechanics and market analysis. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto spare parts industry.
