Sales Associate

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Outreach
• Identify potential clients (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Initiate contact via calls, emails, or in-person visits
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Product Demonstration & Consultation
• Present and explain security SERVICE
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Stay informed about the latest security technologies and trends
• Sales & Negotiation
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide post-sale support and follow-ups
• Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaboration & Coordination
• Work with technical teams to ensure proper installation and service delivery
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns
• Share client feedback to improve offerings
• Reporting & Target Achievement
• Track sales performance and report to management
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,878.09 - ₹31,370.12 per month
