Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Goodwill, your primary responsibility is to assist the Store Management Team in maximizing the store's operations to achieve optimal collections, production, sales, salvage, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality customer service by interacting with customers, donors, and team members in a timely and courteous manner. Your dedication to presenting merchandise effectively will contribute to maximizing sales performance. Adherence to proper cash handling policies and procedures is essential in your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining department cleanliness, stocking shelves, colorizing goods, and handling minor customer complaints efficiently. Your job knowledge will be vital in performing at a high level of accomplishment, understanding how your role contributes to the overall Goodwill operations. Dependability is key, as meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent attendance are crucial aspects of your role. While a high school diploma or GED completion is preferred, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
