Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗺. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in making purchase decisions, managing inventory, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing information about products, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, sales experience, and ability to achieve sales targets
• Inventory management skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software is advantageous
