Urban Homes prides itself on delivering exceptional service and exceeding clients' expectations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting property tours, and providing expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Additional tasks include managing property listings, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Knowledge of the real estate market and property management practices Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
