Job Description

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping clients grow through paid ads, content, and conversion optimization. We're looking for a reliable, confident caller who can help us with both sales outreach and internal team hiring. What You’ll Do: Call and qualify inbound or outbound leads Conduct short discovery/sales calls (no hard selling) Schedule calls for our sales team Pre-screen candidates for internal hires (creative, admin, etc.) Take notes, update CRM or spreadsheets You Should Be: Comfortable on Zoom or the phone Friendly, organized, and confident communicator Fluent in English (bonus if multilingual) Experienced in sales, interviewing, or customer service Tools You’ll Use: Google Meet, Zoom, Calendly Google Sheets / CRM Slack Show more Show less
