Job Title: Sales & Support Associate Location: Onsite Gurgaon Sector 65 Experience: 1–2 years Company: Lissun Key Responsibilities Coordinate with incoming client inquiries across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Just Dial, etc.), understand client needs, and map them to appropriate services and centers based on location and compatibility. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear information about Lissun’s offerings and addressing queries with empathy and professionalism. Schedule therapy or consultation sessions by coordinating between clients and counselors, ensuring smooth communication and timely appointments. Collect and document feedback from both clients and counselors post-session to monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.
