Sales Associate

This is a field sales role, and the candidate will be required to travel daily. Please apply only if you are comfortable with it.

Important Note - You will be provided 1 month product training by Canon India.

Role & responsibilities

Lead generation via cold calling to identify business prospect & create list of potential customers. • Maintain/develop relationships with existing customers and create a sales plan based on existing accounts. • Reach out to customers to understand their organization, office imaging infrastructure and their current or upcoming needs where Canons products and services would be useful. • Propose solution to potential clients on both hardware and solutions and discuss special promotions. • Providing customers with quotations and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. • Gathering competitor, market and customer information. Create sales funnel for future buying trends. • Recording sales and order information and support in outstanding collection.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong commercial awareness and product knowledge • Ability to develop and manage relationships • Proficiency in common software applications, including Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
