To drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships and opportunities in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) sector, leveraging consultative selling skills acquired from previous experience in automotive dealership sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in sectors like hospitality, corporate offices, institutions, and commercial real estate.Conduct product presentations, solution demos, and site visits to understand client requirements.Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, and market research.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.Negotiate and close sales, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.Stay updated on AV & IT products, market trends, and competitive landscape.Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction post-sales.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven sales experience (2–3 years) in a premium car dealership, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-centric approach with consultative and solution-based selling skills.Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Ability to quickly understand technology solutions Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Compensation:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.Salary: 15k – 25k
