Job Title: Sales Associate- Lead Generation

Job Description-

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and curious Sales Associate – Lead Generation who can identify, qualify, and nurture leads for our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to target high-potential prospects in digital commerce sectors across the Middle East, U.S., Europe, and emerging markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, has a hunter mindset, and is excited about the payments and fintech landscape.

What You will Do:

  • Research and build lists of target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads
  • Pre-qualify prospects before handing them off to the sales manager
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Track campaign effectiveness and iterate based on data and feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
  • Support the sales team during initial outreach or meetings, as needed.

What We are Looking For-

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital commerce sales/lead generation roles
  • Strong written communication skills (emails, outreach, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with lead gen tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns
  • Hustler attitude - proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Bonus: Exposure to payments, or international markets
