About the Company:

Autumn Rooms is a growing player in the student accommodation space, committed to providing secure, convenient, and affordable housing solution, who help students to find the right place to stay so they can focus on their education and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or customer support (preferably in real estate, travel, edtech, or hospitality sectors).
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools.
Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:
Engage with inbound leads, guide them through our booking journey, and convert them into successful customers.
Customer Interaction:
Understand each student's unique needs and recommend suitable accommodation options.
Market Expertise:
Build a strong understanding of student housing trends, pricing, and top destinations.
Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with leads and drive timely closures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to enhance the customer experience.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and bookings using CRM tools.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
