Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) –Sales profile Location: Surat, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our digital marketing agency, you will be pivotal in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the agency's success. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction. Market Research & Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
