Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRA) Sales Growth Associate (EdTech)

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (EdTech Student/Parent Leads)

  • Generate

    200–350 qualified leads/month

    through calls, social media, webinars, school visits, and referral networks.
  • Ensure

    95% same-day follow-up

    on all new enquiries from marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain

    90% data accuracy

    in CRM for student/parent information.

2. Counselling & Demo Conversions

  • Conduct

    20–35 academic counselling sessions or product demos per week

    (online/offline).
  • Achieve

    minimum 30% demo-to-enrolment conversion

    for key programs.
  • Share program details, curriculum insights, pricing, and scholarship information clearly with parents/students.

3. Sales Targets & Revenue Achievement

  • Achieve

    monthly enrolment targets (X–Y admissions)

    depending on product vertical (K-12, Test Prep, Skill Courses, Higher Ed).
  • Deliver

    X–X lakh monthly revenue

    as per category.
  • Improve

    lead-to-admission conversion

    by at least

    5% every quarter

    .

4. Pipeline Management & CRM Usage

  • Maintain a

    3 pipeline

    of monthly target across stages—Enquiry Counselling Demo Follow-Up Admission.
  • Update

    100% lead activity

    (calls, follow-ups, status changes) on CRM.
  • Ensure

    zero lead leakage

    and >85% compliance with follow-up SLAs.

5. Student/Parent Engagement

  • Provide accurate guidance on

    course modules, faculty, pedagogy, live classes, app features, assessments, and certifications

    .
  • Ensure

    95% positive feedback

    from students/parents post counselling.
  • Support parents in onboarding, fee payment plans, scholarship screening, and documentation.

6. Marketing Coordination & Event Support

  • Support marketing teams during

    webinars, academic events, open houses, school workshops, and demo days

    .
  • Generate

    minimum 50–80 warm leads

    per month through events.
  • Provide feedback on campaign lead quality for continuous improvement.

7. Competition Mapping (EdTech Landscape)

  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, discounts, USP, and new programs.
  • Submit a

    monthly competitor comparison report

    highlighting gaps and opportunities.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Share

    daily/weekly MIS reports

    on:
    • Leads generated
    • Counselling sessions conducted
    • Demos booked vs completed
    • Conversions & enrolments
    • Pending follow-ups
  • Present

    top challenges + recommended solutions

    in weekly review meetings.
