Sales Associate

Job Title: Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services

* Follow up with existing leads via phone and email to move them through the sales funnel

* Draft and send professional marketing emails as part of ongoing email campaigns

* Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information and communication logs

* Assist with setting appointments, sending reminders, and coordinating follow-ups

* Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach

* Maintain a consistent and friendly communication style to build rapport with clients

* Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve outreach strategies

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach (preferred but not mandatory)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English

* Comfortable making cold calls and handling client objections

* Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)

* Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

* Strong follow-up and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
