Skill Set Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively.  Customer Service: A strong focus on providing a positive and helpful customer experience.  Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of products and services to provide informed recommendations.  Sales Acumen: Ability to identify customer needs, negotiate, and close sales effectively.  Organizational Skills: Multitasking and efficient handling of customer interactions and store operations.  Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong skills to influence customers and close deals.  Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Greet customers, actively listen to their needs and questions, and provide product information and advice.  Sales & Product Knowledge: Recommend appropriate products and services, conduct sales presentations, and achieve sales targets.  Customer Service: Offer exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction.  Inventory & Store Maintenance: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and manage merchandise.  Sales Transactions: Process payments, operate the cash register, and handle discounts and returns.  Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to foster loyalty.  Training & Development: Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.  Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records, track sales performance, and contribute to sales reports.
