Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our garage equipment sales

team. The Sales Representative will focus on selling a range of specialized garage equipment

products to automotive repair shops, dealerships, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will

possess strong technical knowledge of garage equipment, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track

record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Identify and prospect new customers within the automotive repair and industrial sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote products and

services.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of garage

equipment products.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share market information, strategize on approaches, and

support team goals.

- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and network with

potential customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and

concerns.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a customer base in garage equipment or

related industry.

- Strong technical understanding of garage equipment, including lifts, tire changers, wheel balancers,

and diagnostic tools.

- Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on automotive repair shops, dealerships, and industrial

facilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
