Sales Assistant

Job Title: Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager or Director of Sales Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Location: Calicut Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. You should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales Track sales activities using CRM software and report regularly on performance Attend trade shows, conferences, and team meetings as required Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities Requirements: Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific] sales (e.g., SaaS, pharmaceuticals, real estate, etc.) Bilingual or multilingual communication skills Compensation: Base salary plus commission/bonuses Benefits package (health, dental, PTO, etc.) Opportunities for career growth and development
