Sales Assistant

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients to confirm product specifications, delivery schedules, and pricing details.
• Support the preparation of quotations, sales reports, and forecasts.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms.

Logistics Planning & Operations

• Plan, organize, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Handle shipment documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements.

People & Vendor Management

• Supervise and coordinate the work of logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, suppliers, and customers.
• Negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
• Motivate and lead team members to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track order status, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and cost control.
• Generate periodic sales and logistics reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
