Sales Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Lead Generation: You will be prospecting for new clients using methods such as cold calls, emails, networking, and market research. - Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. - Product/Service Presentation: Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of the products or services offered. - Sales Cycle Management: Guiding leads through the sales funnel from the initial contact to closing the deal effectively. - Negotiation and Closing: Your role will involve negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Data Management: You will utilize CRM software to track sales progress, manage client information, and ensure data accuracy. - Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends and competitive offerings to identify new selling possibilities and adapt strategies accordingly. - Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management for review.
