Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives with client communication, order tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepare sales quotations, presentations, and reports.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Support marketing initiatives related to sales campaigns or events.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
