Job Description

As a Sales and Tech Support Expert at MKS, you will partner with RSM and KAM and other stack holders to support customer tech support in this role, you will report to the RSM.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) in customer interactions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys products or services to effectively assist customers
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience.

Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • 0-2 years of related experience required
  • Experience with OEM Sales is a plus.
  • Experience handling customer tech sales
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
