Job Responsibilities/ Job Description

· Responsible for demonstrating the product in house as well as at customer end.

· Responsible for preparing the documents such as Sales enquiry sheet & RNP.

· Responsible for preparing the monthly reports about Sales and Projection.

· Responsible for Collaborating on development projects with the engineering, sales, and customer services departments.

· Responsible for Liaising with clients and incorporating user-defined needs and feedback into application Engineering.

· Responsible for providing clients with technical support.

· Responsible for Contributing to sales presentations

· Responsible for generating ideas for innovations based on market trends.

· Responsible for Keeping up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies.

· To define the timelines for repair/ Customization the product and monitor the schedules.

· To ensure that all resources are following ISO procedures.

· For verification of departmental documentation including reports, jobs, service cards etc.

· Identify the training needs of subordinates and co-ordinate with HR for training.

· Analyses alternative techniques and methods and recommends changes to equipment or procedures as needed.

· Shares technical information and training with other departments.

· Performs other related duties as assigned

· Gauging Business Targets

· Responsible for Assigned regions by Management

· Customer Satisfaction

· Outstanding Dues collection

· OE Business as assigned

· Use CRM Software Effectively

· Responsible for prepare the monthly reports about customer complaints and related data.

· All the customer support and product repair activities.

· To handle customer calls and product complaints over email, telephone, visits and skype.

· To verify if the customer complaint is valid or invalid.

· To define the timelines for repairing the product and monitor the schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,462.79 - ₹40,000.00 per month
