What You Will Do

• Provide end-to-end support to Sales Manager and clients through the sales cycle.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals to support business growth.
• Coordinate order processing and project activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, the Canadian Projects Team, and customers.
• Track sales activities, materials, and shipments to maintain timely progress updates.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives through sales funnel management, performance insights and collaborative input.

What You Need

• Graduate degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics & Communication (EC).
• 0-5 years of experience in sales coordination, project support, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills .
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across time zones.
