Sales and Service Engineer

Scaletec is looking for a versatile Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. This is a unique "hybrid" role where you will be responsible for both the technical health of our customers' equipment and the growth of our business. You will spend your time in the field, performing calibrations and repairs while identifying opportunities to provide our clients with better weighing solutions.

What You Will Do

Technical Service (60%)

• Perform on-site installation, calibration, and repair of industrial and laboratory weighing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues down to the component level.
• Issue calibration certificates and maintain compliance with ISO standards.
• Provide emergency breakdown support for key industrial clients.

Sales & Growth (40%)

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring service contracts.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads within your assigned territory.
• Conduct "site surveys" to recommend equipment upgrades or new installations.
• Present technical quotes to procurement managers and business owners.

Requirements

• Education: ITI in Electronics
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced Both Can apply.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, and basic soldering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
