Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Outreach Executive, based in Noida. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions, coordinating outreach programs, and identifying opportunities to expand the organisation’s partnerships. The Executive will lead strategy discussions, generate leads, close deals, and ensure clear communication of the organisation's initiatives. They will also work closely with teams to report progress, analyse performance, and contribute to achieving targeted impact goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in School sales, business development, and lead generation
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in outreach planning and partnership development
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the education sector and child welfare programs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
