We are looking for a smart, energetic, and technically-oriented sales professional to manage our distributor network and lead a team of junior sales executives. The ideal candidate will blend sales execution, channel management, and leadership skills to drive growth across multiple territories.
Build and maintain strong distributor relationships.
Conduct monthly performance reviews and stock audits.
Ensure payment collection discipline and proper billing cycles.
Drive secondary sales planning and reporting.
Conduct regular field tours (approx. 4 days travel per week).
Joint working with sales executives for beat coverage.
Visit retailers, electricians, and dealers for sales growth.
Ensure proper scheme execution, display standards, and visibility.
Become product expert for voltage stabilizers, power backup units, and new launches.
Conduct product demos, installation training, and troubleshooting sessions.
Train distributor staff, retailers, electricians, and sales executives.
Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 sales executives across multiple locations (Kota, Basti, Indore, Aurangabad, North East).
Set sales targets, track daily progress, and review performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions.
Maintain daily call reports, beat plans, and sales tracking MIS.
Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
Ensure strong communication and structured market execution processes.
Experience in Electricals / Consumer Durables / Appliances / FMCG preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp reporting discipline.
Comfortable with extensive travel and managing a distributed sales team.
