Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sales and Operations Intern. Key responsibilities include assisting with sales activities, maintaining customer service standards, supporting sales management initiatives, and participating in training sessions. The intern will collaborate with the team to develop strategies, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to operational tasks to drive business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Sales skills, including the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals
• Experience or an interest in Sales Management and supporting sales operations
• Willingness to participate in and contribute to team Training and skill development activities
• Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
