As a Sales and Operations Intern at Bricklane Advisories, parent company of Sahyadri Group of Hotels, Mist Valley & Sahyadri Nest, your role will involve assisting in managing daily operations and sales activities to ensure the smooth running of internal processes. You will be based on-site in Khopoli, gaining hands-on experience in customer interactions, sales planning, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the sales team with client onboarding, relationship management, and sales reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily operations and sales activities - Provide support for the smooth running of internal processes - Support the sales team with client onboarding, relationship management, and sales reporting Qualifications: - Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members - Basic knowledge or experience in sales and sales management strategies - Ability to assist in training and onboarding activities - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
