Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Associate who will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring smooth coordination of operations. This role combines client interaction with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone ambitious, organized, and eager to grow in the interiors and lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Approach and onboard potential clients including architects, interior designers, and contractors.

• Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Operations:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Track and manage inventory, dispatches, and after-sales support.

• Maintain and update order status sheets (fabric, frame, piping, light source, CCT, etc.).

• Assist in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Design, or related field).

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (CRM knowledge is a plus).

• Interest in interiors, architecture, or lighting will be an advantage.
