Role Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries about housing projects.

Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and payment options to interested customers.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

Maintain a record of customer interactions, calls, and follow-ups.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally, providing accurate information.

Follow up with interested leads to close deals or ensure timely visits.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.

Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and feedback collection.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets set by management.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.


Skill and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
  • Persuasive and confident attitude with good listening ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
