About Us

Ethical Sports Promotion Association runs high-performance tennis and multisport programs across 8 centres in Delhi NCR. We work with schools, corporates, CSR teams and government bodies, while managing 25+ AITA national tournaments and 15+ TPL tournaments annually.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can lead outreach, communication and admissions for our academy. The role blends marketing, partnerships and on-ground sales. You will help shape our 612 month marketing plan and ensure steady admissions growth through structured systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales conversations, lead follow-ups and conversions
• Manage online & offline marketing campaigns
• Execute and track social media content + performance
• Build partnerships with schools, corporates and communities
• Support admissions at centres and events
• Coordinate with coaches and operations teams
• Maintain CRM, lead tracking and reporting
• Assist in planning long-term marketing strategy
• Represent the academy professionally in meetings

What We're Looking For

• 15 years of experience in marketing/sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle both fieldwork and deskwork
• Comfortable with social media management
• Organised, proactive and target-driven
• Sports background is a

  big plus

  but not mandatory
