Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, developing and managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, organizing training sessions, and overseeing sales management. Daily tasks include building marketing strategies, engaging with prospective customers, and maintaining aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct and organize effective Training sessions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferable
