Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales and Marketing Executive to join our production house. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and driving business growth across fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG brands. The ideal candidate understands brand storytelling and can translate creative offerings into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients including brands, agencies, and creative partners.
• Develop and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals based on client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align offerings with client expectations.
• Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into projects.
• Maintain sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance insights.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fashion, media, or production industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in client-facing interactions and presentations.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
