Job Summary

Sales Officer – Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team performance.
Drive customer acquisition through direct field sales strategies.
Monitor daily performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Prepare and review reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated client queries.

Requirements

Graduate with
2+ years of field sales and team management experience
