Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will handle client outreach, build strong relationships, and identify sales opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, providing personalized customer service, conducting training sessions, delivering product presentations, and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of the company's offerings and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including creating strategies and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide support for products and services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare or ERP software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
