You will be joining Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd., a company established in 2004 that specializes in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting various projects related to water treatment, mineral water, natural mineral water, RTS juice, synthetic juice, and carbonated soft drinks. The company's advanced manufacturing unit is based in Rajkot, Gujarat. With an ISO 9001:2008 certification, Raj Innotech is known globally for its high customer satisfaction and exports to regions including the Indian subcontinent, East Asia, and South/West Europe. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Rajkot location, you will play a crucial role in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and providing support to the sales team to achieve the company's objectives. The ideal candidate for this full-time on-site position should possess strong communication and customer service skills, a proven track record in sales and sales management, experience in conducting training sessions for sales teams, the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in the manufacturing or water treatment industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required for this role.,
