Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, payment follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying and acquiring new international clients, managing relationships, and driving business growth.---

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, email, calls, portals, etc.)Engage and communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships, while presenting company products/services professionally. Motivate clients to complete payments on time by building trust and offering value. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales. Maintain accurate records of client communication, contracts, and payments. Resolve client concerns and ensure high satisfaction. Explore and convert new international business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Comfortable with international communication (verbal/written English must be strong).
