Ideal Candidate Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js or Python). Proven track record in scalable backend development (APIs, data pipelines, microservices). Strong knowledge of LLM application architectures , including embeddings, RAG, and workflow orchestration. Proficiency with containers and deployment automation (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases, and ideally vector search systems. Ability to lead technical discussions and guide architectural decisions. Nice-to-Have Experience with agent frameworks , tool integrations, or extensible plugin SDKs. Familiarity with observability/telemetry systems for monitoring model performance. Knowledge of real-time collaboration features, embeddable chat UIs, or multi-tenant architecture.
