Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales operations. The role also involves training, collaborating with marketing teams, and contributing to overall business growth by meeting sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and foster professional relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Experience in facilitating Training and mentoring team members to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
