Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assisting with sales management strategies, providing training on product offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with the transformer or electrical equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Diploma in electrical engineering is also preferred
