Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chandigarh. 1. T he professional will be responsible for driving marketing activities by reaching out to schools and IECs. 2. Sales and presentation of product to onboard the institution. 3. Deliver exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with training programs, and overseeing sales initiatives to contribute to the organization's growth. Qualifications + Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders + 1 to 2 years of Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve and exceed targets + Ability to analyze market and identify business opportunities + Proficiency in CRM tools and related technologies is advantageous + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred + Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities +Confident, ethical and approachable + Familiarity or prior experience in education field is a bonus
