Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Basirhat, with some flexibility for remote work as part of a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, identify and pursue sales opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver training to customers and partners, and oversee sales management activities. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to promote SBI Life’s insurance products effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Proficiency in delivering Training sessions and coaching
• Understanding of the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
