Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves sales training, devising and implementing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall marketing plans of the company. The specialist will work closely with other team members to ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on driving results and meeting targets
• Strong skills in Sales Management and providing effective Training
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of industrial or mechanical engineering products is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
