Role Overview

Sales & Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a range of critical care and diagnostic equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and nursing homes
• Generate and follow up on sales leads across assigned territories
• Conduct product demos and presentations to medical staff and procurement departments
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit timely reports

Service

• Install and configure medical equipment at client sites
• Conduct preventive maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, and repairs
• Provide hands-on training to end-users (nurses, technicians, doctors)
• Maintain service logs and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  2–5 years in sales or technical service of

  healthcare or medical equipment

• Education:

  Diploma/Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or similar technical background
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with field travel across assigned territory
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused
